Contracted by QlikTech to bring their global Support Portal up to ADA/WCAG compliance across desktop and mobile. Delivered HTML/CSS updates spanning branding, navigation, and component replacement — coordinating with teams in Sweden across time zones.

The Craft

Enterprise-scale accessibility work integrated with Salesforce and Sitecore. Color contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text, and cross-browser QA across IE11, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. The kind of work that is invisible when done right.
